By accessing and using Stacked GG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Stacked GG provides AI-powered content generation tools for gaming creators, including thumbnail creation, title generation, and description drafting.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Plan: 2 generations per day with limited features
• Pro Plan: £9.99/month - unlimited generations and advanced features
• Premium Plan: £15.99/month - all features including advanced editor
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Create offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Share or resell access to the service
• Use the service for spam or unauthorized marketing

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Stacked GG. We retain the right to use anonymized usage data to improve our service.

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content
• We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content
• Check content for copyright issues before publishing

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stacked GG is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or content issues arising from service use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Tournament Hosting — Creator Responsibility & Disclaimer

Stacked GG (operated by Stacked GG) provides a platform for Fortnite creators to list and manage community tournaments. By submitting a tournament host application, you ("the Host") agree to the following:

• Full Compliance is Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your tournament fully complies with Epic Games' Fortnite Event License Terms, the Fortnite Creator Program guidelines, and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• No Liability for Stacked GG / Stacked GG. Stacked GG and Stacked GG accept no liability whatsoever for any breach of Epic Games' terms, any disputes arising from prizes, any failure to pay prizes, or any legal consequences resulting from tournaments you organise. We are a listing and management tool only.
• Prize Cap. You confirm that all prizes across your events will not exceed $25,000 USD in any calendar year. You are responsible for tracking this limit across all your events.
• Free to Enter. You confirm that no entry fees, paid ticketing, or subscriptions will be required to participate in your tournaments. Tournaments must be completely free to enter.
• No Gambling. Your events must not involve any form of gambling, wagering, or betting.
• No Official Affiliation. Your tournament is a community event and must not be represented as an official Epic Games or Fortnite event.
• Fair Play & Anti-Cheat. You are responsible for enforcing fair play in your tournament. This includes preventing and disqualifying cheaters, hackers, or players using unauthorised third-party software. Stacked GG / Stacked GG accepts no responsibility for cheating incidents, disputed results, or prize disputes arising from your event.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacked GG, Stacked GG, and their operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your tournament.
• Removal of Listings. We reserve the right to remove any tournament listing at any time, without notice, if we believe it violates these terms or Epic Games' guidelines.
